continuous performance. Our network of credentialed trainers provides
orientations, implementations, student training, education programs, faculty
training, local support, and, in some cases, acts as a resource for one-on-one
counseling with students.

The Sales
Manager is directly responsible for establishing
relationships that will be mutually beneficial for your school and Student
Resource Services. They are charged with maximizing the effectiveness of
Student Resource Services offerings and consulting on student support options,
all of which are designed to positively impact your school’s satisfaction.

The Account
Coordinator is responsible for maintaining our relationship
with you by providing support, information and guidance; customizing
our service offering to meet your needs;
and researching and recommending new
opportunities. Additionally, they work to
ensure customer satisfaction with the ultimate goal
to maximize student enrollment for you. |

The Client Service
Executive works in conjunction with the Account Coordinator
and Sales Manager to provide services to your school, including proactive
business relationship development and coordination of service delivery. They
are directly involved in coordinating implementations, collaborating with our
service delivery network and ensuring you are in possession of the appropriate
marketing materials. They are also responsible for managing our local provider
network in your area. |

Members of
our Local Trainer Network are conduits
to the direct relationship with your institution.
These credentialed trainers provide orientations,
implementations, student training, education
programs, faculty training and local support. In
some cases, they act as the resource for face-to-face
counseling sessions with your students. This
unique resource provides an additional, local
connection to your institution. |
